The Andritz Inc. Roto-Shaker™ screener uses a proven gyratory-reciprocating screening action that delivers both high capacities and accurate separations for all screening applications without product degradation. The gyratory screening action at the inlet end quickly stratifies and distributes material over the entire screen.
The computer-balanced dynamic drive provides efficient, low-maintenance operation and minimizes structural vibrations. The rugged channel frame reduces vibrational stress.
The simple V-belt drive, with only three bearings and fewer moving parts than competitors drive, reduces operating and maintenance costs and minimizes spare parts requirements. Easily accessible grease fittings allow lubrication while the screener is running. The standard foot-mounted motor has an adjustable mounting.
Features:
- Quick-release hold-down clamps permit fast, easy screen changes and provide a dust-tight seal for the top cover.
- Easily-removable screen decks and top cover are segmented for efficient operation and easier maintenance.
- Uses heavy duty, carbon steel or stainless steel screen fames, Hook strip screen stretched over frame and spring loaded self adjusting can retension through side of case.
- Rubber ball cleaners, specially formulated for long wear, high bounce and chemical resistance, prevent screen blinding and product high yields.
- Inspection ports on the top covers allow quick, easy access for observing and sampling product during screening.
- Rugged Scotch-Ply fiberglass springs, offer increased screen utilization efficiency with virtually no maintenance. No tail end support to lubricate, no dust and dirt to grease.
- Andritz Inc. Roto-Shaker™ screeners are manufactured ready for cable suspension to meet space or structural limitations, or reduce vibrations to or from adjacent equipment.
