Rotary Vane Diverter Valve

The Rotary Vane Diverter Valve is engineered for rugged industrial applications that require strength and freedom from contamination. The unit is designed for use as a diverter valve for gravity spouting where internal pressure up to 15 PSI may be encountered. The rugged design ensures heavy duty use with minimum maintenance. The flop gate consists of two opposing vanes. The valve casing is designed basically like the Andritz Sprout rotary vane feeder:

• Cast body, machined to precise tolerances
• Accurately machined end plates enclose both ends of the rotor
• Anti-friction outboard bearings with packing glands and shaft seals
• All models available in cast stainless steel or cast iron

The valve may be activated manually or by integrally mounted air cylinders.
