Here's how!

Call 1-800-446-8629 and make arrangements to send us your Andritz Sprout rotary valve(s). You will be issued a "Return Goods Valve" number and shipping instructions. Prior to shipping the valves to us for repair we ask that you clean the valve(s) of product residues. A MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) must accompany each valve.

After the valve is received at Andritz Sprout, Muncy, PA, our rotary valve personnel will tear down and inspect all the parts. A cost for repair will be phoned, e-mailed or faxed to your designated contact for approval. The inspection process is done on a good will basis, all we ask is that you pay the freight to have the units shipped to Muncy, PA.

If our cost of repair is found acceptable, your company purchase order will be required to proceed with the rebuilding. We will rework or replace each valve component to obtain original operating efficiencies and design clearances to a like new condition.

Your refurbished Andritz Sprout rotary valve(s) will be shipped back under the condition of a "New Valve Warranty."
