Andritz Inc. is a company that exists as a result of the merger
of two similar manufacturing companies ultimately purchased by
Andritz AG of Graz, Austria. Today our Muncy, PA facility is a
Pneumatic Component Equipment Manufacturer.
Andritz AG is a company that had served the process, resource
recovery, and pulp and paper industries internationally since 1852.
The acquisition of Sprout-Bauer enhanced their position in these
markets and is also a well known supplier of equipment to the chemical,
industrial, plastics, food and feed/grain processing markets.
The Sprout-Bauer product line offers unit machines for pneumatic
conveying such as rotary valves and diverter valves, and also size
reduction, dry materials separation, mixing, and pelleting equipment
for innumerable processes in the chemical, industrial, food and
plastics industries, as well as the feed/grain markets. Our offerings
also include aftermarket replacement parts and rework/rebuild facilities.
Based in Graz, Austria, the Andritz Group is a technology-centered
company with global operations. The company develops high-tech
production systems and industrial process solutions for various
standard and highly specialized products.
The Andritz Group has 13 production facilities, the major ones
being Graz in Austria (all business areas except feed technology),
