Disc Refiners
Used for first- and second-stage degerminating and third-stage
refining, these single and double revolving disc refiners
range from 12-inch diameter
to 52-inch diameter, with connected HP up to 1000. All
mills have numerous features for convenience, reduced
maintenance, and reliable performance.
Standard construction for wet processing features 316
stainless steel contact surfaces. Plates have optimum
design for your process. We produce them in our own foundry,
under exacting quality control. Degerm and grind corn
in a wet front end process; they can also grind high-moisture
corn and other grains. Single- and double-disc machines
offer you a range of choices. |
