Corn Wet Milling with
Disc Refiners and Degerminators
 V-Belt driven
degerminator specifically designed for high capacity corn degermination,
this single disc mill features air shaft seal, standard grease
lubricated pillow block bearings, and v-belt drive with sheaves
and belts mounted outboard of the bearings.
 Gear coupled
units are used for first- and second-stage degerminating and third-stage
refining, these single and double revolving disc refiners range
from 12" diameter to 52" diameter, with connected HP up to 1000.
All mills have numerous features for convenience, reduced maintenance,
and reliable performance for corn wet milling. Standard construction
for wet processing features 316 SST contact surfaces. Plates have
optimum
design for
your process. We produce them in our own foundry, under exacting
quality control.
